You mistyped your password once and now the screen shows the account locked message, so you cannot log in. The most common cause is too many failed attempts triggering a temporary security lock.
Account lockout and login failures
Players see an error message when they enter the wrong password too many times or try to log in from a new device. Here are the likely causes and what to do.
- Wrong username or password entered repeatedly.
- Account temporarily locked after several failed attempts.
- Browser cache or cookies causing login conflicts.
- Account flagged for security review after unusual activity.
- Network or server issues preventing login.
Follow these steps to resolve the problem.
- Wait a short while before trying again, as the lock may lift automatically.
- Double-check that you are using the correct username and password, paying attention to capital letters.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then restart the browser.
- Try logging in from a different browser or a private window to rule out local issues.
- Ensure your device has a stable internet connection.
- If you use a password manager, confirm it is filling the correct credentials.
- If the lock persists after these steps, contact customer support and provide your account details.
Contact support if the account remains locked after waiting and trying the steps above, or if you suspect unauthorised access.
Pending withdrawal delays
A withdrawal request stays in pending status longer than expected, and the funds are not yet available. Several factors can cause this.
- Account verification not yet completed.
- Withdrawal request made during a busy period.
- Bonus wagering requirements not met, so the withdrawal is held.
- Payment method issues or mismatched details.
- Security checks on the account.
Here is what to do.
- Check your account status to see if any verification steps are outstanding.
- Review whether you have an active bonus and whether its wagering conditions are fulfilled.
- Confirm that your payment details are correct and match your account information.
- Look for any notifications from the casino about additional checks.
- Wait a reasonable period, as some withdrawals require manual review.
- Avoid submitting multiple withdrawal requests, which can cause confusion.
- If the status does not change, gather your withdrawal reference and contact support.
- Respond promptly to any requests from the security team.
Contact support if the withdrawal remains pending after you have completed all checks and a reasonable time has passed.
Missing welcome bonus or free spins
After signing up or making a qualifying deposit, the welcome bonus or free spins do not appear in your balance. The issue often relates to how the offer was claimed.
- Bonus code not entered at the time of deposit.
- Deposit made without opting in to the promotion.
- Bonus already claimed on a previous account.
- Deposit method not eligible for the offer.
- Technical glitch during crediting.
Take these steps to claim your bonus.
- Check your account history to see if the bonus was credited and then expired or was forfeited.
- If you have a bonus code, ensure it was entered correctly before making the deposit. On here, the welcome bonus and free spins are credited only when the code is used at deposit.
- Confirm that you opted in to the promotion before depositing.
- Make sure your deposit method is eligible for the bonus.
- Wait a short time and refresh your balance, as crediting may be delayed.
- If the bonus still does not appear, contact support with your deposit details and bonus code.
- Do not make another deposit until the issue is resolved, to avoid missing out again.
Contact support if the bonus does not appear after you have confirmed the code and eligibility, and provide your account details.
Quick Reference
The table below lists common problems, their usual causes and the first check to perform.
| Problem | Usual cause | First check |
|---|---|---|
| Account locked | Too many failed login attempts | Wait and try again later |
| Withdrawal pending | Account verification incomplete | Check account status for outstanding steps |
| Bonus not credited | Bonus code not entered | Review deposit and bonus code entry |
| Login fails on mobile | Browser cache or cookies | Clear browser data and retry |
| Withdrawal held | Bonus wagering not met | Review active bonus conditions |
Use this table as a quick guide when you encounter an issue. For a locked account, the first check is to wait and try again, as the lock often lifts automatically. If a withdrawal is pending, verify whether your account has any outstanding verification steps. When a bonus is missing, confirm that you entered the bonus code correctly before depositing. For mobile login problems, clearing browser data often resolves conflicts. A held withdrawal may be due to unmet wagering requirements, so review any active bonus conditions. These first checks help you identify the cause before contacting support.
Always keep your account details up to date and respond to verification requests promptly to avoid delays.
