Casinomate deposit, loading and login problems explained

Many players believe a declined deposit means the card or bank is blocked, so they keep retrying and end up with a pending charge and a zero balance on screen. The most common cause is a limit applied to the account rather than a fault with the payment itself.

Deposits and withdrawals declined because of limits

The player sees a message that the transaction cannot be completed, and the money stays in the bank or returns to it later.

• The deposit falls outside the minimum or maximum allowed for the account.
• The withdrawal is larger than the amount the account may pay out in one request.
• A bonus is still active and keeps part of the balance unavailable.
• Identity checks are incomplete, so the payment is held rather than sent.
• The chosen payment route has its own cap set by the account tier.

1. Write down the exact amount you tried and read the message shown at the cashier.
2. Compare that amount with the limits shown for your account level.
3. Split a large withdrawal into smaller requests if the payout cap is the issue.
4. Clear any active bonus by finishing its conditions before requesting a payout.
5. Finish the identity checks so the payment can move without a hold.
6. Switch to a different deposit method if the current one has a lower ceiling.
7. Log out and back in so the cashier shows the current account status.
8. Try a smaller amount to confirm that the limit, not the route, caused the refusal.
9. Keep a screenshot of the message and of the amount for your records.
10. Repeat the request only once, so you do not create duplicate holds.
11. Check whether the account carries a temporary restriction on payouts.
12. Make the next request after any pending bonus has settled.
13. Contact support if the same amount is refused with no limit shown, and include the screenshot.

Contact support when the amount is inside every stated limit and the transaction is still refused.

Games and pages that will not load on a phone

The player opens casino-mate.eu.com on the phone browser and sees a blank screen, a spinning loader or a game that stops halfway.

• The mobile connection is weak or drops between networks.
• Leftover browsing data or cached scripts block the page.
• A pop-up or ad blocker stops the game window from opening.
• The browser is an old version that no longer runs the game code.
• Too many tabs or background apps use up the phone memory.

1. Reload the page once on a stable Wi-Fi or mobile connection.
2. Close the other tabs and background apps before opening the game again.
3. Clear the browser cache and cookies, then sign in again.
4. Turn off the ad blocker for the site and retry the game.
5. Update the phone browser to its latest version.
6. Switch from the private browsing mode to a normal window.
7. Open a different game to see whether the fault follows one title or the whole page.
8. Restart the phone if every page stays blank.
9. Allow the game window to load fully before tapping anything.
10. Try another browser on the same phone as a quick comparison.
11. Keep the phone screen active, since a locked screen can pause loading.
12. Note the game name and the exact point where loading stops.
13. Contact support if the page fails in more than one browser, and share the game name and screenshot.

Login refused or account locked after failed attempts

The player types the password and is told the details are wrong, then the account is locked after several tries.

• The password has a typo, a stray space or the wrong capital letters.
• The username differs from the email used at registration.
• Several failed attempts triggered a protective lock.
• Another device or person is signed in to the same account.
• The saved password in the browser is out of date after a change.

1. Type the password slowly by hand instead of pasting it.
2. Remove any space at the start or end of the username field.
3. Match the capital letters exactly as set at registration.
4. Stop retrying after a few failures, since each attempt can extend the lock.
5. Use the password reset option linked to the email on the account.
6. Open the reset message in the same browser you use for play.
7. Set a new password you have not used on other sites.
8. Clear the saved password in the browser so the old one is not filled in.
9. Sign out of every other device that may hold the account open.
10. Wait for the lock period to pass before the next attempt.
11. Keep the reset email and any error message ready.
12. Contact support when the reset email never arrives or the lock remains, and name the account email.

A deposit left the bank but is missing from the balance

The player sees the money leave the bank account while the casino balance stays unchanged.

• The payment is still moving between the bank and the casino.
• The deposit went to an older account or a different username.
• The bank marked the payment for a manual review.
• A bonus code was entered with the deposit and the credit waits for approval.
• The cashier page was closed before the confirmation finished.

1. Refresh the balance after signing out and back in.
2. Check the bank statement to confirm the exact amount and time of the charge.
3. Look at the transaction history in the account for a matching entry.
4. Compare the username used at the cashier with the one you are signed in to.
5. Note any bonus code entered together with the deposit.
6. Wait until the payment clears on the bank side before acting again.
7. Do not repeat the deposit, since a second charge may follow.
8. Save a screenshot of the bank charge and of the account history.
9. Check that the cashier window stayed open until the confirmation appeared.
10. Confirm the payment was sent from an account in your own name.
11. Gather the time, amount and payment route in one message.
12. Contact support with those details if the balance stays empty after the bank charge clears.

A single habit prevents most of these problems: finish identity checks and clear any bonus before you request a payout, so limits and holds do not surprise you later.
