When the Betway casino screen refuses your usual password, the natural comparison is the casino you used before, where the same details always worked. Most of these blocks come from small mismatches the player cannot see, such as a hidden space after the email address or a session that was closed in a different browser.
Access blocked after a password or account lockout
The player types the saved details and the page reloads with a warning that the account is locked or the login is invalid.
- Wrong caps or an extra space in the email field
- Autofill saving an old password
- Too many failed attempts on the same account
- A browser that keeps clearing cookies mid-session
- Different device without the saved credentials
- Type the email address by hand and watch for spaces at the end.
- Switch the keyboard to the right layout before re-entering the password.
- Use the eye icon on the password field to read what you typed.
- Turn off autofill for the login page and clear the saved entry.
- Open the site in a private window to rule out old cookies.
- Clear cache and cookies if the private window loads strangely.
- Try the rescue route for a forgotten password if the account is not locked.
- Open the inbox for that email and use the newest reset message only.
- Follow the reset link in the same browser where you opened it.
- Set a password you have never used on another service.
- If a lock warning appears, stop retrying so the attempt counter cools down.
- Wait for the lock period to pass before trying again.
- Log in from one device and one browser only.
- On a phone browser, avoid switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data mid-login.
- Close other tabs that are signed in to the same account.
- Check that the clock on the device is set automatically.
- Disable browser extensions that change page scripts before another try.
- After the lock clears, sign in once and change the password from inside the account.
Contact support when the lock does not lift after the stated period or when the reset email never arrives.
Identity papers rejected or the check never finishes
The upload page shows a submitted status that does not move, or a message that the document is not accepted.
- A photo with glare, blur or a cut edge
- The name on the document differs from the account name
- An expired document or a missing back side
- A proof of address older than the address on file
- A file in a format the uploader cannot open
- Lay the document flat on a plain surface in daylight.
- Fill the frame with the document and keep all four corners visible.
- Take the photo without flash and check it is sharp before sending.
- Send both sides when the document has information on each side.
- Use the full legal name exactly as it appears on the paper.
- Do not crop, edit or convert the image to another format.
- For address proof, pick a document that shows the same name and address as the account.
- Upload one document per field instead of combining them in one file.
- Send files in a common format such as JPG or PDF.
- Keep each file small enough for the uploader to accept it.
- Submit again only once, so the review queue does not hold duplicates.
- Leave the account untouched during the review instead of editing the profile.
- Do not change the registered name or address while a check is open.
- When playing at https://betway.mex.com/, make sure the name on the account matches the payment details.
- Use the phone browser on a stable connection for a second upload if the first failed.
- Re-send the same clear images rather than searching for new documents.
- Note the reference of your submission so the support team can find it.
Contact support when a clean resubmission is rejected again or the check has shown no change for a long stretch.
A cashout stays pending and never moves
The cashier lists the request as pending while the balance stays visible and nothing lands in the receiving account.
- The verification check was never finished
- A payment detail that does not match the account name
- A bonus still active on the balance
- A withdrawal request made during a busy period
- A payment route that does not accept the chosen method
- Open the cashier and read the exact status of the request.
- Finish any identity step that is still waiting.
- Compare the payment detail with the name on the account.
- Check that an active bonus does not hold the funds until play is complete.
- Withdraw the full eligible amount in one request instead of small parts.
- Use the same payment route as the one used for recent deposits.
- Cancel a request only when you plan to resubmit it correctly.
- Resubmit once the mismatched detail is fixed.
- Keep the account open and unused while the request is processed.
- Reopen the same browser session instead of starting a new one on another device.
- Note the request reference from the cashier screen.
- Do not create a second account to withdraw the same funds.
- Watch the account email for a message about a missing document.
- If the request is back in balance, read the reason before resubmitting.
- Submit again with the corrected detail rather than repeating the same data.
- Keep a screenshot of the request status for your own records.
- Ask support once the request has clearly passed the normal window.
- Send only one support message, so the queue does not split your case.
Contact support when the status has not changed after the stated window or the balance shows the request was returned without a reason.
Welcome credit and free spin rounds missing
The account shows the deposit but no bonus balance appears, and the reward page stays empty.
- The bonus was never opted into before the deposit
- A bonus code typed with wrong capitals
- A deposit method that does not qualify
- A second account on the same household or device
- A free spin award tied to a specific game only
- Open the rewards page and note the exact status of the offer.
- Compare the qualifying conditions with the way the deposit was made.
- Enter the code again with the exact capitals and no spaces.
- Make a fresh qualifying deposit after the code is accepted.
- Check the same account on a phone browser in case the page loaded badly.
- Look for the free spins inside the named game rather than the wallet.
- Open the game the spins belong to and refresh the screen.
- Allow the reward window enough time to register after the deposit.
- Do not withdraw the qualifying deposit before the credit lands.
- Keep one account per player and one per household.
- Finish any pending identity step that holds the reward back.
- If the offer is gone, ask support before depositing again.
- Send the deposit reference and the code you typed.
- Do not claim the same offer twice on two accounts.
- Avoid using a VPN that places the account in another region.
- Wait for support to confirm before making another qualifying deposit.
- Once the credit shows, read which games accept it before playing.
Contact support when the code was accepted, the deposit qualifies and no credit appears after a reasonable wait.
Keep one account with your exact legal name and one matching payment detail, and most of these blocks never start.
