You thought the bonus was free money, so you played a few rounds and tried to withdraw. The cashier said the wagering condition was not met. That condition decides when bonus funds become yours.
How to Claim the Offer
The claim process runs from the cashier on the Instant Casino official site. Follow the steps in order to avoid a missed activation.
- Log in with your usual details. If you have no account, register first.
- Open the cashier section. The bonus is listed under available promotions.
- Select the offer you want. Each offer has its own terms.
- Choose a deposit amount that fits your bankroll. The offer activates on that deposit.
- Confirm the bonus code if the offer asks for one. A wrong code blocks the credit.
- Check that the bonus appears in your balance. Some credits are instant, others need a click.
- Start playing. Your first wager counts toward the condition only after the credit lands.
Players often miss the activation step. They deposit, play, and wonder why no bonus arrived. The credit then appears on the next deposit, which changes their plan. A missing click can delay your play by a session. If the offer does not show, a code may be required. Keep your account details ready before you start. The whole claim takes minutes when you follow the order. Instant Casino official site lists every active offer the same way, so you can compare before you deposit.
What the Terms Mean
The table below lays out the most common bonus terms. Each one controls a different part of your play.
| Term | What it means | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Wagering requirement | How many times you must bet the bonus before withdrawal. | Whether it applies to the bonus alone or the deposit plus bonus. |
| Game contribution | Each game type counts differently toward the wagering. | Slots usually count fully, table games less. |
| Max bet with bonus | The largest single bet allowed while the bonus is active. | Bets above this void the bonus. |
| Bonus validity | How long you have to meet the wagering condition. | Days, not hours, usually. |
| Withdrawal cap | The most you can cash out from bonus winnings. | Any amount above it is removed. |
Players misread the game contribution term most. They think all games count equally. In truth, a slot may count fully, but a blackjack hand may count a fraction. That changes how fast the wagering meter moves. The same bet size takes longer on low-contribution games. You can see the meter in your account after each round.
Wagering in Numbers
A wagering requirement is a multiplier. It tells you how much you must bet before bonus money becomes withdrawable.
Here is a worked example. Imagine you deposit 100 and get a 100 bonus. The requirement is x25 on the bonus.
That means you must wager 100 times 25, or 2500 in total bets. The deposit itself does not count toward this example.
You can bet 1 per spin and spin 2500 times. Or you can bet 5 per spin and spin 500 times. Both paths meet the same total.
Your balance may drop before you finish. The requirement still counts every bet, win or lose. Plan your bet size so you can finish the full amount.
Free Spins Rules
Free spins are a separate bonus. They come with their own wagering, usually on the winnings, not the spin value.
Each spin has an assigned value. The winnings from that spin enter your bonus balance.
You must meet a wagering requirement on those winnings. The requirement is often the same as the deposit bonus.
Some spins are limited to one slot game. That game may have a high volatility, so wins come rarely.
Plan to play the assigned game until the spins are used. Check if the spins expire within a day or a week after activation.
Withdrawing After a Bonus
Withdrawal only works after the wagering is complete. The cashier shows your progress.
If you request a withdrawal earlier, the bonus and its winnings are removed. Your deposit balance may remain, but only if you played with it separately.
Keep your bet size below the stated maximum during the bonus. One large bet can void the entire bonus.
Withdrawal requests may take time to process. The bonus balance is frozen while a request is pending.
Your account may need a verification check before the first payout. Have your documents ready to avoid a delay.
What Voids a Bonus
Certain actions cancel a bonus and its winnings. Knowing them keeps your balance safe.
- Betting above the max allowed bet. Check the max per spin or hand before you start.
- Playing a game that is excluded. The list of excluded games appears in the terms; stick to allowed slots.
- Claiming a bonus with a delayed deposit. Some offers require the deposit and credit on the same day.
- Using a bonus code more than once. Multiple activations for the same offer are not allowed.
- Closing the browser during the wagering. The bonus still runs, but you might lose track of the total bet.
- Switching between devices mid-bonus. The wagering meter may reset if the session is interrupted.
- Forfeiting the bonus manually. Some cashiers have a ‘forfeit’ button; a misclick removes the bonus.
Each mistake has a simple fix. Check the max bet in the bonus details before your first spin. Stick to the games listed as eligible. Use one code, not several. Keep a record of your wagering progress in your account. If you are unsure, the cashier displays the conditions next to the bonus. Most people void a bonus by accident, not by intention. The best prevention is a quick look at the terms before you play.
