„Why was my bonus not credited and why can’t I log in?“ is the exact question many players type after a session goes wrong at Instant Casino UK. The most common cause is something small: a bonus that was never activated, a mistyped password, a blurred document photo or a bank transfer that is still in transit between institutions.
Welcome bonus and free spins missing from the balance
The player finishes sign-up or a deposit and sees the normal balance, with no bonus and no free spins anywhere. At https://instantcasinouk.com/ the welcome offer has to be switched on during the deposit, so a missed tick box is the usual explanation.
- The bonus was never selected or entered before the deposit was confirmed.
- The deposit was made with a method excluded from the welcome offer.
- The player already claimed a welcome offer earlier on the same account or household.
- The account is not yet verified, so the bonus is held back.
- Free spins were credited to a specific game rather than added as a separate item.
- Open the bonus or promotions area of the account and look for an active or pending offer.
- Check the deposit history to see whether the payment was recorded and whether a bonus tag sits beside it.
- Return to the promotions page and confirm the offer was claimed on the account, not just viewed.
- If the offer was not claimed, ask support whether it can be attached to the deposit that was already made.
- Confirm the payment method used is allowed for the welcome offer; a wallet or prepaid card may be excluded.
- If a method was not eligible, the deposit stays as real money and no bonus will follow from it.
- Look for the free spins inside the game itself, since many titles show them as an in-game counter.
- Check that the account holder details are complete, because an incomplete profile can pause a bonus.
- Finish identity verification if it is still open; a pending check holds offers until it clears.
- Remember that a second welcome claim on one account is not possible, even after a break.
- If another person in the household has claimed the same offer, expect only one award per household.
- Keep the bonus active by not withdrawing the deposited money before the offer is credited.
- Watch the bonus balance separately from the cash balance, as the two are shown apart.
- Note the date and amount of the deposit before making contact, so the case can be traced.
- Contact support through live chat or email and describe the missing offer in one short message.
- Attach a screenshot of the deposit confirmation if the payment record looks unclear.
- Ask for the reason in writing so the outcome is clear for the next deposit.
Contact support once the offer was definitely claimed, the method is eligible and the bonus still has not appeared after you have logged out and back in.
A locked account or a login that keeps failing
The player types the password and sees an error, or a message that the account is locked after several failed attempts. Most locks are automatic and temporary, triggered by repeated wrong entries rather than by a decision against the player.
- The password was typed with a different keyboard layout or with caps lock on.
- Several wrong attempts in a row triggered an automatic lock.
- The email address on the login form differs from the one used at sign-up.
- A saved password in the browser is out of date after a recent change.
- A request to reset the password was started but never completed.
- Wait a short while before trying again, because repeated attempts extend an automatic lock.
- Retype the password by hand instead of pasting it, checking caps lock and the keyboard language.
- Confirm the email address matches the one registered on the account exactly.
- Clear the saved password for the site in the browser, then enter it fresh.
- Use the password reset link on the login page and follow it from the inbox of the registered email.
- Look in the spam or promotions folder if the reset message does not show in the main inbox.
- Open the reset link in the same browser session and set a new password without spaces at either end.
- Log in once with the new password and avoid repeating the old one out of habit.
- Try a private browsing window to rule out a stored cookie blocking the session.
- On a phone, use the mobile browser rather than a saved home-screen shortcut that may hold old data.
- Turn off any password manager autofill for this site while the login is being restored.
- If a security question or 2FA step appears, complete it in one go without closing the window.
- Check that no second account was created by mistake with another email address.
- Do not create a new account to get around a lock, as duplicate accounts are closed.
- Write down the exact error message, since it tells support which lock was applied.
- Contact support and ask for the lock to be lifted after identity is confirmed.
- Keep the reply with the case number for any later login problem.
Contact support when the account stays locked after a successful password reset, or when the registered email no longer receives reset messages.
Identity verification stuck or documents turned down
The player uploads a passport or bill and the status stays pending, or the document is rejected with a short note. Rejections usually come from image quality or from a mismatch between the document and the account details.
- The photo is blurred, cropped or shows glare across the text.
- The document has expired or the visible corner is folded over the photo page.
- The name on the document differs from the name entered at sign-up.
- The proof of address is older than the period the check accepts.
- The file format or size is outside what the upload form accepts.
- Photograph the document flat on a plain surface in daylight, with all four corners inside the frame.
- Check that every line of text and the photo page are readable at normal zoom.
- Upload the full page or the full card, not a cropped section.
- Make sure the document has not expired on the day of upload.
- Compare the spelling of the name with the account profile and correct the profile first if needed.
- Use a recent utility bill or bank statement for the address step, showing the full address.
- Save the image as a common format the form accepts and keep the file size modest.
- Upload one document at a time and wait for the status to change before adding the next.
- If a selfie is requested, take it in good light with the face fully visible and no hat.
- Do not edit, filter or compress the image, as altered files are rejected.
- Check the spam folder for a message asking for a better copy of a specific document.
- Re-upload only the document named in the rejection note, not the whole set.
- Keep the original files saved, so a second upload takes a moment rather than a new photo session.
- Note the date of each upload, since the order of submissions matters when support reviews the case.
- Contact support if a document was rejected twice for a reason that is not clear from the note.
- Ask which document is still missing, so the next upload closes the check.
- Avoid sending documents through social media or unsecured channels.
Contact support when the status has not moved after a clean re-upload, or when the rejection note does not explain what to correct.
A deposit taken by the bank but absent from the balance
The bank shows the payment as completed or pending, while the casino balance shows no matching credit. In most cases the money is in transit between institutions or was held by an automatic security check.
- The payment is still being processed between the bank and the casino.
- The deposit was made to an old payment reference or an outdated account detail.
- A security check paused the credit until the account holder is confirmed.
- A bonus claim was attached, so the money sits in the bonus balance rather than the cash balance.
- The bank marked the payment as pending and has not released it yet.
- Refresh the balance after logging out and back in, as the page can show a cached figure.
- Open the transaction history and look for the deposit as pending, failed or completed.
- Compare the amount and reference in the casino history with the bank statement line.
- If the casino shows the payment as failed, the bank should return the money on its own.
- Check the bonus balance as well as the cash balance before assuming the money is lost.
- Keep the bank statement or app screenshot that shows the outgoing payment.
- Do not repeat the deposit straight away, as a duplicate credit creates a second case.
- Wait for the pending status to clear before contacting support, unless the history shows an error.
- Make sure the account is verified, since an open check can hold a credit back.
- Use the same payment details stored on the account rather than entering new ones mid-case.
- Contact support with the amount, the date and the reference of the deposit.
- Attach the bank proof in one message rather than sending it in several parts.
- Ask support to confirm whether the payment reached the casino at all.
- If the casino has no record, take the reference to the bank and ask it to trace the payment.
- Follow one case at a time, since duplicate tickets slow the review down.
- Keep every reply until the money appears on the balance or returns to the bank.
- Set a reminder to check the history again if the case is still open after a few days.
Contact support once the payment shows as completed at the bank but no matching line exists in the casino history.
One habit prevents most of these problems: before every deposit, open the account area once, confirm the profile and verification are complete, tick the offer you intend to use, and save the confirmation screen.
