Your former casino showed the money on screen straight away, while this one does not, and that mismatch is the symptom most players notice first. A transfer still in progress or sent to an old payment reference is the most common reason a balance lags behind the bank.
Money taken from the bank but missing from the balance
The bank statement shows the payment has gone, yet the casino balance stays the same or the deposit form reports a failure. The likely causes are these:
- The transfer is still being processed between the two parties.
- The player sent funds to an old payment reference saved from an earlier attempt.
- A payment method was declined silently while the bank side went through.
- Two deposits were made within a short window and only one reached the account.
- The account name and the sending account name do not fully match.
Work through these steps in order:
- Open the transaction history in the account and note the exact status of the missing deposit.
- Compare that entry with the bank or payment provider record, including the reference used.
- Keep the payment receipt or reference number ready before doing anything else.
- Return to the deposit screen and confirm the same saved reference appears there.
- Allow a short wait for a pending entry to settle before trying the deposit again.
- Avoid repeating the payment while the first one still shows as pending.
- Close the casino page completely, then reopen it in a fresh browser tab.
- Sign back in and check whether the balance has updated.
- Send one payment at a time and confirm the balance each time before sending another.
- Make sure the name on the sending account matches the name on the player profile.
- Write down the reference and the time of the missing payment for the support message.
- Remove any saved payment details that belong to an old reference before retrying.
Contact support once the payment shows as completed on the bank side and the balance still has not moved after you have checked the reference.
Games stalling or the page failing on a phone
On a phone the lobby opens, but a game freezes on its loading screen or the page jumps around. The likely causes are these:
- A weak or unstable mobile connection.
- A browser with many tabs open and little free memory.
- An outdated browser version that no longer renders the game window correctly.
- Old cached page data stored from earlier visits.
- A game provider temporarily unavailable behind the scenes.
Work through these steps in order:
- Move to a stable connection, switching between mobile data and Wi-Fi to compare.
- Close every other tab and any background apps on the phone.
- Reload the page rather than tapping the game again and again.
- Clear the browser cache and stored site data for this site only.
- Update the phone browser to its current version.
- Turn the phone off and on to free up memory.
- Open the site in a private or incognito window as a test.
- Try a different browser if the game still freezes in the same place.
- Test one other game to see whether the fault sits with the single game or the whole lobby.
- Switch off any battery saver or data saver mode while playing at the leovegas casino.
- Rotate the phone or settle the window size if the game controls are cut off.
Contact support once one game keeps failing while others load and the browser has been cleared and updated.
A blocked sign-in or an account locked after failed tries
The password is refused, or the page states that the account is locked after several wrong attempts. The likely causes are these:
- A password typed with the wrong keyboard layout or a stray space.
- A saved password in the browser that no longer matches the current one.
- Several failed attempts in a row, which locks the account while it is protected.
- An account still waiting for identity checks to be completed.
- A sign-in attempted from an unfamiliar device or location.
Work through these steps in order:
- Type the details by hand into the https://www.leovegascasino-ca.org/ sign-in form instead of relying on autofill.
- Check the keyboard language and remove any space before or after the password.
- Use the password recovery option and follow the message sent to the registered address.
- Complete any identity check step that appears after signing in again.
- Turn off any VPN or proxy, which can make a normal sign-in look unfamiliar.
- Try one known device and network before switching to another.
- Wait before retrying if the lock message names a pause period.
- Clear the browser cache if the sign-in page behaves strangely.
- Make sure the browser allows the sign-in page to load fully before entering details.
- Note the exact error text shown for your support message.
- Prepare a photo ID copy in case the account review asks for it.
Contact support once recovery has been completed and the lock message still appears.
A withdrawal still pending after the expected wait
The withdrawal request sits at pending, and the balance shows neither returned funds nor a completed payout. The likely causes are these:
- An identity or address check that has not yet been finished.
- A bonus still attached to the balance, which keeps the money tied until its conditions are met.
- An unfinished deposit on the account holding the payout back.
- A withdrawal request that was cancelled by the player and must be submitted again.
- A payment destination that does not match the name on the profile.
Work through these steps in order:
- Open the withdrawal history and read the status line on the request.
- Complete any identity check still open on the account.
- Clear any active bonus by meeting its conditions before withdrawing the linked funds.
- Resolve any deposit that still shows as pending on the account.
- Check whether the withdrawal was cancelled and submit it again if so.
- Confirm the payout destination is in the player’s own name.
- Avoid sending a second withdrawal while the first is pending.
- Leave the request untouched instead of cancelling and resubmitting it repeatedly.
- Look through the account messages for a request for extra documents.
- Keep screenshots of the request status and the date it was made.
- Write down the reference of the pending withdrawal for support.
Contact support once every check on the account is complete and the request still has not moved.
Keep one payment method and one browser for all play, and finish every identity check before the first withdrawal, which removes most of these blocks before they appear.
